High Speed Internet Noon Check-out We want to clarify our sleeping accommodations. We have two king beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is great for kids but it probably isn't the best option for more than one adult and we want our guests to be 100% satisfied with their experience. Our pet fee is a flat fee of $50.00 During peak season (May-September) we are unable to provide early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding. Option to heat pool for $40 per day. If you would like the pool heated during your visit please let us know at the time that you book so that we can have it ready for you when you arrive. Fins up~ David & Heidi

From the moment we arrived, David’s Jimmy Buffett–themed home felt like a slice of paradise right in Galveston! Every corner of the house radiates that fun, laid-back island vibe — bright colors, beachy décor, and a true “Margaritaville” spirit that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The resort-style amenities made our stay unforgettable — from the beautiful outdoor spaces to the cozy, well-furnished rooms, everything was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. It felt like being at a private resort, yet with all the warmth and personal touches of home. David was an amazing host — kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience was perfect. You can tell he’s poured his heart into creating a welcoming, joyful space for his guests. We left refreshed, smiling, and already planning our next trip back. David was an excellent host and we absolutely loved our stay! The kids had a blast in that pool and were thoroughly entertained inside after dark with those awesome arcade games allowing the adults to enjoy the evening outside. David was so helpful with recommendations, and even made sure we had extra propane for the firepit and grill. Everything we could possibly need with an added bonus of a goodie basket (and the requested air mattress set up) upon arrival. We will definitely book again! Thank you David!

This place is great! This was our third stay, and we’ll definitely be back again. The space is thoughtfully laid out and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The backyard and pool are absolutely the highlights - such a perfect spot to relax and unwind! David is also super helpful and responsive, which makes the whole experience even better.

This pet-friendly house with two king beds is exactly as described. The home is in an old line Galveston neighborhood 4 blocks from the Seawall Blvd/Poretto Beach and within walking distance of some really good restaurants. The house has been completely renovated with high quality features throughout and accented with a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville decorating theme. The place was even nicer than the photos. We came in and it was so inviting. So many personal touches that made it very special. The home and backyard are so amazing you really don’t feel a need to go anywhere else if you don’t want to. The place was pristine. It was also very close to everything we enjoy on the island. We can’t wait to go back!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! This property truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable—easy access to the beach and just minutes from the Seawall, so we could enjoy the best of Galveston with zero hassle. The accommodations were wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable (seriously the best sleep we’ve had in ages!) and everything about the home felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up. The pool was sparkling clean, with the option to heat it, which made it even more enjoyable. We also loved having the relaxing hot tub for unwinding in the evenings. The hosts even provided pool toys, which added a fun touch, and the propane grill on the deck overlooking the pool was perfect for casual meals together. We chose this place as a special spot to celebrate after getting married, and it was everything we hoped for and more. My daughter absolutely loved her 10th birthday celebration at Mr. David's home! The pictures dont do it justice! The home has a ton of charm, the backyard was a great size to accommodate the children both playing and swimming, and the provided entertainment and games were an excellent plus for a super family-friendly weekend vacation. This rental is a gem! The best experience we've had in Galveston by far.

10/10 Highly Recommend!!! The host went above and beyond to ensure this was an unforgettable Birthday! The house was so comfy and fully furnished with every thing we could need and more. The backyard was so perfect we actually spent more time in the pool than we did at the beach. This will be our new go to place!! Thank you
